چکیده

The elevation for lateral lymph node metastasis (LLNM) plays an important role in therapeutic decision-making thyroid carcinoma. A reliable forecasting model LLNM patients with papillary micro-carcinoma (PTMC) is needed, using clinicopathological characteristics. total of 576 PTMC suspicious cervical (II, III, IV or V region) and known variables were randomly collected at Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital. Cervical status every patient was assessed by ultrasonography (US). this cohort study underwent thyroidectomy neck dissection. Univariate analysis logistic regression performed to screen out the predictive associated LLNM, a nomogram constructed integrating features our study. overall rate 23.0% (133/576). After statistical analysis, central (CLNM), prelaryngeal (PLNM), bilateral lesions, tumor location (upper lower), gross extrathyroidal extension (ETE) found be independent factors (P < 0.01). built predict passed calibration step area under receiver operating characteristic curve 0.967, which showed that we used had good effect. has value will help surgeons make more accurate surgical plan PTMC. strict preoperative evaluation dissection may indicated when have high score.
